24560091 manning and operation of e / m installations at 13 brd, 16 brd, 27 ed and 31 mcu at af stn palam under ge ( p ) af gurgaon , manning & operation and routine maintenance of equipment of 11 kv main receiving station and radar sub station at tech area and madhurmilon sub station 13 brd af palam equipped with various equipments and controlling switches gear as listed below through out the day ( 03 shifts ) with minimum one electrician ( skilled ) and one helper ( unskilled ) in each shift of 08 hrs including sunday and holiday . necessary cleaning , grass cutting & maintenance of complete sub station , equipments including surrounding area upto 10 mtrs of out side boundary wall and attending , detecting of any faults with in the 11 kv main receiving station and radar sub station and rectifying the same on emergency basis as and when required including repairs to all internal and external lightings of bldgs including supply and replacement of fuses , unserviceable nuts , bolts , washer etc and toping of distilled water and electrolyte for batteries , maintaining daily log sheet and other connected documents such earth test register periodical maintenance register etc of installations , complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge for the following equipment and control panels : ( a ) step down transformer 11 / 433 kv 1500 kva 01 no ( b ) vcb 11 kv with bus coupler 12 nos ( c ) lt panel for transformer 03 nos ( d ) battery bank 01 set ( e ) internal electric fitting and fixture ( f ) external street lights of bldg ( g ) earthing system ( h ) servo voltage stablizer 04 nos ( j ) power factor panel 01 no ( k ) step down transformer 11 / 433 kv 500 kva 01 no ( l ) step down transformer 11 / 433 kv 200 kva 01 no , 1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs , 2nd shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs , 3rd shift from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs , manning & operation and routine maintenance of equipment of 11 kv sub station 13 brd domestic area , offrs qtrs , officers enclave and 16 brd sub station af palam equipped with various equipments and controlling switches gear as listed below through out the day ( 03 shifts ) with minimum one electrician ( skilled ) & one helper ( unskilled ) in each shift of 08 hrs including sunday and holiday . necessary cleaning , grass cutting & maintenance of complete sub station , equipments including surrounding area upto 10 mtrs of out side boundary wall and attending , detecting of any faults within the 11 kv sub station and rectifying the same on emergency basis as and when required including repairs to all internal and external lightings of bldgs including supply and replacement of fuses , unserviceable nuts , bolts , washer etc , toping of distilled water , electrolyte for batteries , maintaining daily log sheet and other connected documents such earth test register periodical maintenance register etc of installations complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge for the following equipment and control panels : ( a ) step down transformer 11 / 433 kv 630 kva 02 nos ( b ) step down transformer 11 / 433 kv 400 kva 02 nos ( c ) vcb 11 kv with bus coupler 17 nos ( d ) battery bank 02 set ( e ) internal electric fitting and fixture ( f ) external street lights of bldg ( g ) earthing system ( h ) servo voltage stablizer 01 no ( j ) power factor panel 01 no ( k ) step down transformer 11 / 433 kv200 kva 01 no ( l ) step down transformer 11 / 433 kv150 kva 01 no ( m ) lt panel for transformer 06 nos , 1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs , 2nd shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs , 3rd shift from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs , note for items 1 to 2 above: ( 1 ) manning of vcbs maintaining the records of incoming and outgoing parameters in an interval of 15 mins , physical checking of the joints and cables of ht as well as lt panel and doing minor repair after taking approval of je . minor repair includes tightening / loosening of nuts and bolts , crimping of lugs of all sizes , making / jointing connections of cables inside the power house complex , keeping the power house clean and tidy with regular cleaning of washrooms etc . ( 2 ) manning and operation of dg sets including the following: ( 3 ) open the non reversing ratchet of vertical hollow shaft motor and clean the balls / rollers for proper cleaning . ( 4 ) apply mineral jelly / vaseline to the battery terminals . ( 5 ) keeping the installation , equipment neat and clean . ( 6 ) clean the oil batch air cleaner of diesel engine & fill with fresh engine oil . ( 7 ) oiling / greasing ( lubricating ) the mobile parts and maintaining the desired conditions of operations tightening of nut bolt etc , ( 8 ) check batteries for charge and recharge , if necessary . ( 9 ) top up of diesel oil in fuel tanks of dg sets . ( 10 ) maintenance of earthing of installation , including testing of earthing . ( 11 ) tighten the foundation bolts of installed equipment . ( 12 ) clean lubricant oil filter of diesel engine . ( 13 ) lubricate water circulating pump of diesel engine . ( 14 ) drain fuel tank and remove sediments . ( 15 ) drain fuel filter bowls and remove sediments / water . ( 16 ) check cable connection of dynamo , starter and battery . ( 17 ) check the dynamo belt tension & adjust . ( 18 ) check oil level in fuel injection pump , drain surplus oil / fuel mixture or topping if necessary . ( 19 ) drain radiator water , clean with fresh water adding descaling compound and refill with fresh water . ( 20 ) check & tighten fuel connections , oil pump bolts , engine & radiator mounting bolts , radiator loose connections etc .
